Aztec Blaze by Pragmatic Play heads into the world of the Aztecs and Maya: pyramids, snakes, birds and other jungle animals line the reels in red and green. A mega symbol can fill a whole three-by-three block and cover many lines in one go.
Aztec Blaze came out on September 29, 2022. Despite the name, there is little fire here; the screen shows old temple sites and the wildlife of Central America. The temple reels pay on 25 paylines. The minimum stake is €0.25 per spin, and on top of that Pragmatic Play offers a bonus bet and a feature buy, both of which make a spin noticeably more expensive.
Game rules
Only fixed lines count: the same icon must repeat along any of the 25 paylines, read from the first reel to the right. The wild helps complete those lines. A mega symbol counts on every position it covers, so it can take part in several lines at once. Scatters pay outside the lines and also trigger the bonus round.

Themes
Mega symbol: an oversized symbol lands as a three-by-three block and covers a large part of the grid.
Re-spins and multipliers: re-spins give the grid a second chance, and multipliers boost wins.
Free spins with a level-up: scatters open the round, extra free spins extend it, and a level-up stage lifts the game to a higher tier while it runs.
Bonus bet and feature buy: a higher stake raises the chance of reaching the bonus, or you can buy the free spins round outright.
Since Aztec Blaze offers a bonus bet for an extra charge, the inferno slots with bonus bet gather other games where a higher stake improves the odds of the bonus.

Aztec Blaze returns 95.5%, and a biggest prize of 2,000× sits in the lower half of the collection. High volatility in Aztec Blaze comes from the free spins, where mega symbols, multipliers and the level-up work together, while the base game mostly delivers smaller line hits.
