Please keep messages on the same subject in one e-mail so we can handle them clearly. We reply to the address you write from.

Corrections: if you see a deviation in RTP, max win, volatility, mechanics or release date, include the source or a screenshot.
Methodology: questions about how we choose sources, how often we update and how we handle slots that exist in several RTP versions.

What we cannot help with
We do not offer gambling
We do not offer gambling and we are not a payment service or intermediary. We cannot handle questions about player accounts, withdrawals, deposits, identity checks or disputes with operators. We give no personal gambling advice and no technical support for game software.
